Who are the Hidden Controllers and How does the System work?
Mind Control, Economic Power and Phycial Force are the 3 Pillars of every Control System and have been integral part of every Civilization in the known history. In the earliest societies - Sumer, Babylon, Egypt for the west - all 3 were embodied by a Priest King supported by a specialist group for the respective area. Over time this structure has become increasingly refined up to modern society with each Pillar consisting of an intricate layered web of actors.
The Know How in every area has been passed on through the ages to ever new actors, but the core principles have remained, even if the actual methods habe become more refined. One oligarchy teaching and inspiring the next. Indeed we can trace the western main branch of the Control Matrix from Sumer/Babylon and Egypt to Judaism and the Roman Empire to the Vatican and Venice and from Venice via Netherlands to Britain and the US Empire of today. Additionally there developed a great number of major or lesser side branches establishing themselves in Europe and the Middle East competing frequently violently with each other for dominance, however they are today all dominated by the British/US based group and have been largely integrated as sub contractors.
Interesting question is, if this heritage has been passed down only by information or if there are actual physical lineages leading from antiquity up to the current actors. What we know is, that at least many of the actors - past and present - believe that they are part of a special 'noble' lineage. As there is mounting evidence confirming old texts that early civilizations have not sprung up organically but have been started but Off-World Visitors, who also created offspring with 'the daughters of men' - there seems at least the possibility that current actors have some off-world DNA giving them special abilities.

The dominant strand of the current system, with Money and Economic Power at the center, has it's roots in northern Italy with the development of new financial tools supercharging this Power Base. From there Know How and possibly Capital and parts of the Oligarchy proper moved via Netherlands to Britain where it found it's current Home Base in the 'City of London'. As the 'City of London' is largely independent and not subject to Britain's Rulers, it was and is a perfect base for a Monetary Oligarchy. Starting with the 'Glorious Revolution' and the subsequent foundation of the 'Bank of England' this group co-opted Britain to carry out their agenda of ever expanding world wide exploitation and became the driving force of the British Empire.
Here - towards the end of the 19th Century - the Foundation of the Current Control Structure was created by Cecil Rhodes - a frontman for the Rotschild banking dynasty. He created a secret society that evolved into the 'Milner Group' which in turn created the 'Round Table' Groups, the Commonwealth, the Royal Institute of Internatinal Affairs (RIIA) and on that model the Council for Foreign Relations (CFR) . This framwork brought former colonies most notably the US! in line with the Oligarchy's Agenda. After WW2 the Bilderberger Group, Word Economic Forum (WEF) and Trilateral Commision were formed extend the reach worldwide.
Below these visible groups is a rich tangled web of networks - developed over the ages - from the cults of antiquity, local family clans and aristocracies, religious organizations and secret societies. Fundamentally competing with each other in their bid for power, they all align in their view of themselves as 'elites' and the rest of humanity as serfs. Accordingly they always cooperate (grudgingly) when the foundation of elitist rule is challenged by 'The People', to continue their competition once the threat is over, which is exactly our Current Situation.

All these institution consist of a small inner circle, which determines the real agenda and usually many increasingly larger rings of members. These outer rings know little to nothing of the true goals of the inner circle. So while your average Church, Freemason, Illuminati, WEF or whatnot member might actually believe in working for a benevolent cause, at the core it is always about maximising power.
New members are recruited with the promise of personal gain and/or a professed noble cause. Once inside, programming according group ideology starts, with means ranging from re-education to outright brainwashing and mind control. Members who align naturally or are well programmed, rise up in the inner hierarchy, with increasingly strict tests as to their loyalty. Not being based on love, sole binding element of these groups is loyalty, which is enforced by a system of increasingly large 'Carrots + Sticks'. Promises of ever more power and threats of increasingly severe punishments. Additionally blackmail and addiction are standard tools in securing loyalty.
Inside the oligarchic lineages the method is massive - usually trauma based - mind control from earliest childhood on. Handed down and refinded through the ages the knowledged of how to control human beings through trauma is the core tool of the Oligarchies. If done in early childhood memory of the trauma is repressed by the mind out of self preservation and the programming so deep, that the grown up does not remember the method and is firmly committed to the group agenda.

While projecting all kinds of benevolent goals to the outside world, the core agenda is always maintaining and increasing power. Even if they partially still provide a valid service to the general public, they provide it in a way which primarily serves themselves, if they haven't lost all purpose by now and are entirely parasitical in nature. To get the productive rest of society to support their exploitation, they have developed a wealth of techniques, which are based on the basic elements of Mind Control, Economic Power and Physical Force.
Mind Control is the Basis, without which the other elements cannot work. No amount of economic pressure or physical force can uphold a system, once the general public has stopped the believing in it's Narrative as history has shown again and again. This Narrative or Myth justifies and/or conceals the privileged position of the Oligarchs to themselves and to the world. Traditiionally based on a religous belief, the current Myth for the Cabal itself is the pseudo science of Eugenics, with the contention, that they are rich + powerful, because they have special genes and not because they are exploiting society.
The myths propagated to the public always carry the message that humanity is somehow faulty. Justified by religious tenets like 'original sin' in the past to pseudo-scientific ones like humans being soulless glorified monkeys and a burden on the planet. As to the distinction between the 'elite' and the 'serfs' the inferiority of the latter was openly stated in historic days, whereas today equality is ostensibly acknowledged. It is claimed that wealth and positions of power have actually been earned by merit and talent, hiding the fact that access to these positions is narrowly controlled. If you are already part of the Oligarchy, missing talent is never an obstacle (e.g. George W. Bush, Emmanuel Macron) and if an outsider but talented you are thoroughly vetted and advance only, when your allegiance to the Control Network is certain (e.g. Epstein, Obama, Silicone Valley Mafia).

The Imprinting is based on grafting the desired narrative with fear and greed as the probverbial 'carrot and stick' on to basic human drives like survival and sex. It starts as early as possible after birth for deep and lasting effect and continues through life with constant re-programming. Accordingly it works best if the humanity is kept in perpetual survival mode. When the people get too comfortable, the Oligarchs manufacture an economic crisis, internal strife or a war blaming it on a random scapegoat - internal or external enemy - to conceal it's true origin. Thus traumatized the population resets to survival mode, with the additional benefit of transferring their accumulated wealth to the Oligarchy. In this state they readily accept the 'helping' guidance of the Cabal, which steers them in the pre-planned direction.
To deflect discontent and anger from the Oligarchy, another standard tool is the creation of divisions and sub-hierarchies among the ruled, based on any random difference like sex, color of skin, origin of birth, religion, etc.
