ET Agreements with Earth Factions 

 

Agreement between Nazi Germany and Ciakahrr Reptilians

Earliest agreement between ETs and a group from Earth, nothing is known about it's details except what is evident through it's effects. It involved Ciakahrr assistance for the German program of anti-gravitic devices and the cessation of ET territory for bases in Antarctica and later on Moon, Mars and other Planets leading to the development of the 'German Breakaway Civilization' in space after the defeat of Nazi Germany. In return this faction became a vassal of the Ciakahrr Empire, it's 'Dark Fleet' or 'Nachtwaffen' military arm carrying out all kinds of nefarious missions for their overlords.

 

1954 'Greada Treaty' - 1st Agreement between Negative ETs and the USA 

Alerted by creation and use of the Atomic Bomb in 1945 the US was in the following years approached by several ET groups offering an alliance and assistance under certain conditions. The benevolent ET's was, the US giving up it's nuclear program in exchange for advanced ET technologies like Free Energy and Anti-Gravity to benefit humanity. The malevolent ones also offered advanced technologies, no limit to it's weaponization or the nuclear program in exchange for a number of concessions. Given the orientation of the MJ 12 group (see SSPs), they concluded the infamous 'Greada Treaty' in 1954 without authorization from Eisenhower, who was president at that time.

It's main terms were: 

  • -The aliens would not interfere in our affairs, and we would not interfere in theirs;
  • -The US Government would keep their presence on earth secret;
  • -The aliens would furnish the US with advanced technology;
  • -The aliens could abduct humans and livestock on a limited basis for medical examination and monitoring;
  • -The people subjected to experiences would not be harmed, and returned to their point of abduction with no recollection of the event;
  • -The US could also do a medical examination and genetic experience with aliens;
  • -They should share the results;
  • -The aliens would be granted secret facilities for their accommodations and experiences.

This gave Air Force and corporations connected to MJ 12 what they desired, leading to the developments detailed in the previous section. However it was over time massively abused by their ET partners, who followed equally ruthless agendas. In the following decades developed a world wide infra-structure in collaboration with unscrupulous earth actors for human abduction, slave trade and farming. While the 'Greys' were mainly interested in genetic manipulation, the Reptiles interest was in humans as a delicous food, deeming them not more than a somewhat clever animal in comparison to their intelligence and psychic faculties.

 

2nd US Treaty with Positive ETs 

After the consequences of the 1st treaty became evident, Eisenhower was approach again by positive ETs for the GFW and he concluded an new agreement to counter the negative agenda. It was the start of a 2nd SSP based on the Navy assisted by ET know how, which became known as 'Solar Warden'. Long time in the shadow of it's evil competitor it nevertheless developed over the years a fleet of large star ships to patrol the solar system and further exöploration in cooperation with ETs from the GFW. In the course of the GFWs increased activities to curb Orion Alliance influence and associated defections of parts of the negative SSP, Solar Warden has currently become the dominant US force in space and will gradually be disclosed as the US Space Force initiated by Trump. '2021 Jupiter Agreements' between Positive ETs and Earth with US as leading Nation

In the wake of major successes by the 'Earth Alliance' (positive Earth + ET forces) like the removal of Orion Alliance and Dark Fleet forces from Antarctica, Mars and most Earth DUMBs, the GFW invited representatives from nations with a SSP and leaders of  space corporations to a meeting on a ET military station near Jupiter in July 2021. The goal was to establish a structure and roadmap for the future development of relations between Earth, GFW and other ET groups and for the transition of earth to a unified representation in these relations. All major SSP nations were vetted by ET representatives and finally the US was chosen to be the leader of an alliance of space faring nations. Reason for the decision was, that the US program was not only most developed but also that it's orientation was most compatible with GFW ethics  Except Russia and China, which were naturally not happy with the outcome, the other nations agreed, some of them already members of and some of them subsequently joining the 'Artemis Accords', which is the public precursor for this alliance. In addition corporate leaders were chosen for introducing ET technology. Musk, Bezos and Branson were named among others, the GFW being well aware of their previous involvement with the negative SSP, but resigned to work with them as they are much less compromised than traditional space corporations like Lockheed-Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, etc. which are massively involved in the negative agenda.
