Thule and Vril Society SSP

The earliest SSP was started and supported in the early 1920s in Germany by the Thule society. Research consisted of on an eclectic combination ofsources such as cutting edge physics by scientists like Prof. Schumann (of later 'Resonance' fame), esoteric sources from ancient Indian manuscripts (regarding 'Vimanas') and psychic channeling by the Vril Society. The latter received messages by automatic writing, which turned out to be technical specifications for an anti-gravitic craft, written in ancient Sumerian. Based on these various prototypes were produced during the 1920s with a functioning version probably operational at the beginning of the 1930s. When Germany was taken over by the Nazis in 1933, the Thule society - which was only interested in peaceful used of this technology - was forced to share it's knowledge with Nazi military scientists.

Nazi Germany SSP

Based on the preliminary work of the Thule society, Nazi scientist developed their own gravitic devices leading to the 'Haunebu' crafts. At some point Nazi Germany closed an agreement with the Ciakahrr ET Reptilian, who assisted them in making these crafts operational. They also granted them territory in Antarctica which became their major base, when the war turned against Germany. This led to the development of the German Breakaway Civilization, which defeated Admiral Byrd's expeditionary force during 'Operation Highjump'. Confronted with this technically superior force, the US made a secret agreement with this faction, that they would not interfere in the US and share their technology with it in exchange for material and human ressources. Subsequently this faction was given territories on Moon, Mars, Ceres and other planets by the Reptilians, in exchange for becoming their vassal. Development of US SSPs

1st Negative US SSP 

Shocked by the 1947 Roswell UFO incident and by what US intelligence had learned about the Nazi SSP Truman created the ultra secret MJ 12 group to investigate ET related matters. This group was quickly dominated by self serving military and corporate interests and neutralized non-compliant members. It concluded a secret treaty (see Agreements)  without the knowledge of the president - then Eisenhower - with the malevolent 'Orion Group', which led to the development of the first US SSP mainly involving the Air Force in cooperation with military contractors. It became the origin of the modern Deep State and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate ICC. It employed leading Nazi 'Paperclip' scientists and cooperated with the Dark Fleet with an agenda of reckless self-serving exploitation and conquest involving human abductions, slave trade and worst - farming human children for production of Adrenochrome and Ciakahrr comsumption. When president Eisenhower found out years later, that he had been tricked, the Deep State was already too powerful for him to assert presidential control. This was the true background of his famous 1961 speech warning of the 'Military-Industrial Complex'. Briefed by Eisenhower, his successor Kennedy tried to assert presidential control again, which became the ultimate reason for his assassination. 2nd Positive US SSP - 'Solar Warden' 

Fortunately Eisenhower had been contacted again by positive ETs, following his unsuccessful attempt to curb the negative SSP and made a new treaty with the GFW for a positive SSP in cooperation with the Navy, which came to be known as 'Solar Warden'. Long time in the shadow of it's evil competitor, it nevertheless developed over the years a fleet of large star ships to patrol the solar system and further exploration in cooperation with ETs from the GFW. In the course of the GFWs increased activities to curb Orion Alliance influence and associated defections of parts of the negative SSP, Solar Warden has currently become the dominant force in space in cooperation with SSPs from many other nations and is known cooperation in with ET forces as 'Earth Alliance'. US Space Force and 'Artemis Accords' initiated by Trump are current public representations and preparation for full disclosure of their activities in space. Other Earth SSPs. 

Apart from the US many other countries have SSPs. Not much is known of theses programs, except that theiy exist and that numerous SSP veterans have reported missions involving Russians, Chinese, French and members of other nations.
