HAARP - Weather Control, Earth Quake Creation, ...
Another tool for world control is HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program). Officially dedicated to scientific research and submarine communication, it is actually a powerful multi purpose weapon. From world-wide 'simple' eaves-dropping, to weather manipulation - creation of rain, drought, storms, hurricanes, ... - and even the creation of earth quakes. It has increasingly been used over the past decades as a non-military - seemingly natural - means to attack countries and regions that are not toeing the line or to achieve other goals like preparing/clearing the ground for particular projects of the Cabal like the 15-Minute Cities. One obvious example of the latter was the Maui inferno, with 'unusual' winds in combination with DEW assuring a quick incineration of Lahaina and a large part of it's inhabitants.
