GFW - Prime Directive

The GFW Prime Directive was created to protect and respect the sovereignty and individual development of lesser developed civilizations. The original version, which did not contain paragraphs IX and X, was a major reason for the GFW's reluctance to intervene in earth matters. It was amended to account for serious violations by abusive groups, like it happende on earth.
