Penny Bradley - MILAB + MK Ultra Survivor 
Montauk, Mars + Dark Fleet

Given by her parents to MILAB at age 4 she was subjected to brutal early MK-Ultra programming designed to enhance her psychic abilities. After completion she was part of the Montauk Time Travel experiments but was transferred to Mars when she persistently refused to cooperate. She was educated and trained there in a colony of the German Breakaway Civilization. After graduation she became a fighter pilot in the Mars Defence Force part of the Dark Fleet ('Nachtwaffen'). Suffering a breakdown after an extremely traumatic mission she was demoted and became a navigator for an interstellar ship. Her 'tour' lasted 55 years after which she was regressed, mind-wiped and returned to her parents home. During her involuntary service she gained a great wealth of information regarding the Dark SSP, their science, history and general world view apart from her daily experiences in space. She met and worked under Draco and other reptilians, was exposed to the use of 'Black Goo' a sentient intelligent substance which greatly enhances intelligence and psychic abilities and is compulsory used by the 'Black Sun' elite group within the Dark Fleet. Her testimony corroborates and is being corroborated by the testimonies of Randy Cramer and Tony Rodrigues.
